> Perseverance: A Long Obedience in the Same Direction
Two new zoom group opportunities to help us persevere!
What are we as Christians to do? The world around us is, more often than not, unjust and unmerciful. But God has given us resources to see us through tough times. As we grow in hope, patience, repentance and joy, we also grow in our ability to persevere.
We’ll use a 6 week study by Eugene Peterson, “Perseverance,” to encourage us to continue on the path Christ has set before us. This study looks at 6 psalms to fortify our tenacity. Copies of the book are available on-line and will be available in the church office after Thanksgiving.($8).
All are welcome to join the group starting Wednesday December 2, 11:30 am, weekly through January 6, 2021.
Contact Judi or Gail (judi.schwerin@gloriadei-sd.org or gail.wilcox@gloriadei-sd.org) with questions and to sign up!
