CAMP REGISTRATION as Easy as 1-2-3
1. Click on one of the the links provided below for camp registrations, noting the week you want to register for.
2. Create a family account online (if you don't have one already) at Lutherans Outdoors for your child, then complete the registration.
3. Write a check for the $125 deposit made out to Lutherans Outdoors. Checks can be dropped off at Gloria Dei or mailed to Lutherans Outdoors. Make sure your child's name and week are on the memo line.

Camperships are available. Please complete the registration process online, then visit with Pastor Sarah. All requests for Camperships are kept confidential. We leave no one home because of the cost.
Health Form, you must also fill out this form for camp.  The completed online form is required by Lutherans Outdoors. Your child will not be allowed to attend camp without it. But it is not part of the register for camp form. It is a separate form within your family account.
Cabin Mate, you can also request one when you register. To do this type the cabin mate’s name into the ‘Additional Comments’ field located below the t-shirt size question. It is helpful to discuss cabin mates with the campers and arrange cabin mate requests to coordinate. You do not need to request a cabin mate to register.
Drivers, If you can drive for Sunday drop off or Friday pick up, please CLICK HERE. We offer help to make connections between families who need help transporting campers. We rely on volunteer drivers to get all the campers to and from camp. Please make arrangements for transportation, or contact church well in advance of camp for help setting up transportation.

FEE Schedule for Confirmation camp

$125 | Deposit from you  (make check out to Lutherans Outdoors, deliver to Gloria Dei by January 19, 2020)
$175 | Money from Gloria Dei $XXX | Money from anticipated fund-raising (depending on what is raised at Advent Soup Suppers)

$500 Total Cost of Camp**
** Lutherans Outdoors has set the fee at $500 for those who register and pay their deposit. After February 15th the price increases to $525 and after April 15th the price increases to $575. The initial deposit is non-refundable. Please do not pay online – all payments must be made through a Gloria Dei Camp Administrator. We have a January 19th deadline in order to plan and offer the lowest cost possible to our campers.
